What is this exactly

This is largely a placeholder page for my incessant ramblings. What I actually have envisioned in my mind is a lot prettier and more striking, but I am definitely not familiar enough with HTML and CSS to pull it off anytime soon, so for the time being, enjoy this 2002 looking layout that I definitely did not receive assistance with.
